The founder

Hi, I'm Elena.

I'm a senior design consultant helping businesses shape clear, confident identities that feel as good as they look.

I collaborate with founders, teams and agencies to turn complex ideas into brands that are intentional, distinctive and easy to grow with. From early-stage concepts to established organisations, I help clients clarify who they are, what they stand for, and how they show up in the world.My work blends strategy and intuition - combining structure, research and marketing thinking with a strong visual sensibility and a human, collaborative approach. I’ve worked both as a creative lead within agencies and as a creative director for direct clients, adapting seamlessly to what each project needs.

I believe great branding isn’t about trends or noise, but about alignment: when message, visuals and values move in the same direction.With Studio Elma, I bring together a trusted network of highly skilled collaborators when needed, ensuring each project is supported by the right expertise.

Studio Elma is led by me. I oversee every project personally and bring in trusted collaborators when needed, depending on the brief.

When I am not pushing pixels, I work as a photographer and videographer for conscious businesses, events and earth connected beings. You can find my work here.

I am aware of my privileged position of operating in a wealthy, safe country. For this reason, with Studio Elma, I am a member of Amnesty International, the world's largest grassroots human rights organisation. Their mission is to expose abuses, educate the public, and transform societies so that everyone feels safe and empowered.

I will avoid any commissions which may compromise my values. (No tobacco, gambling, weapons, fossil fuels, chemicals and petrochemicals, meat, dairy, plastics, private cars, pulp, paper, shipping, and trucking).

I take responsibility for my work and treat it like my own. Dedicated to owning my stake in the products and services I offer, I craft any projects I work on with passion, care, and fun.
