Overview
Open Contracting Partnership is a global non-profit working to make public procurement more transparent, effective and human-centred. Their 2025 Annual Report brings together a year of impact across open data, digital procurement, anti-corruption, AI, climate, inclusion and public spending reform.
The challenge
Designing a visually engaging annual report from a dense and highly layered body of content, including global impact stories, regional updates, data points, quotes, maps, timelines and case studies.
Solution
A clear and dynamic annual report that translated complex information into an accessible editorial format, using bold typography, structured layouts, colour-coded sections, data visualisation, photography and graphic systems to communicate OCP’s global impact with clarity and energy.

Schweppes The world’s original soft drink
Overview
Schweppes tonic water began in 1783 as the world’s original soft drink. Vivaldi identified the strategic opportunities for Schweppes to be the sparkling beverage choice for adults aged 30 to 45 in 2020
The challenge
Analysing a very complex and layered set of information and creating a PowerPoint presentation with diagrams and tables in a short timeframe (4 days)

A 61-page PowerPoint presentation that conveyed Vivaldi’s research and proposition in a clear manner.
